This journal is for YOU!  It is a privileged moment of reflection with yourself.

    It's a habit you should adopt for 15 minutes a week to reflect on what you've learned, how you learn, your strengths and areas for development.

    At Kick Learning Camp, this is the basis of the training that will allow you to optimize your learning quickly.

    Each Kick Learning Journal is divided into two simple parts:

    1) My Mindset

    In this part, you reflect on your overall mindset as a learner and cultivate your growth mindset.

    2) My Personal Challenge

    In this part, you set yourself a challenge, i.e. a concrete training objective, and you review the challenge of the past week.
